1. Service Description

InsightHive is a social media analytics platform that connects to third-party platforms (including YouTube and Google Ads) to aggregate, display, and report on content performance and advertising data. By using InsightHive, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to connect any accounts or ad platforms you link to InsightHive. By using the service, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share the connected account data with InsightHive.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring that all connected accounts and platforms are authorized for your use
• Complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect (YouTube, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Using InsightHive only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Notifying us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Data Usage

InsightHive accesses data from your connected accounts solely to provide analytics and reporting services. We do not sell your data to third parties. You retain ownership of all data associated with your accounts. By connecting a platform, you grant InsightHive a limited license to access and process that data for the purpose of delivering the service.

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your accounts from InsightHive and removing authorization from the relevant platform's settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the InsightHive platform
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of InsightHive or its underlying infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content comprising the InsightHive platform is the intellectual property of InsightHive and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use InsightHive's trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology outside of the normal use of the service.

7. No Warranty

InsightHive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it retrieves from third-party APIs will be accurate or complete. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InsightHive at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
